24 November 2017 – Part B

Another successful day ‘in the field’. Thanks again for prayers everyone who prays for us! The vehicle made it ok even up and down a perilously steep river bank. We visited Mnukwa school, where a large section of roof blew off in a storm 3 weeks ago and they really want it repaired before the heavy rains or the damage will be so much worse. We are going to try and help get roofing nails to them. We also saw more Zoe kids including Nick Pashley’s and the Gamblings.

I had a go at driving the truck and did fine until I came to a large hole in the road where I gave up and let Stephen carry on! It is quite a skill negotiating these large ruts , sharp inclines and sizeable rocks by weaving the most successful path.
Stephen ( a man of many talents) has also made a map of Mnukwa area, quite an achievement in such a rural location.

Tomorrow we are hoping to see as many kids as possible at home as it’s the weekend.
Love from us all here
